Honorable President of NIA,

Directors and our Mentors,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

First and foremost, I am very honored to have this opportunity to participate at this NIA training programme. I would like to express my best regards to the Honorable president, directors and our mentors and wish all of you a very successful outcome in your endeavors. I also wish to thank the organizers of our training program for giving me the opportunity to speak at this auspicious occasion.

In this respect, I sincerely think I am very privileged and fortunate to be assigned at this prestigious institute. NIA is the one and only and my first learning experience in my life abroad. By having this on the job training at NIA I gained a lot of experiences and I witnessed and learned the Korean office environment which will benefit my entire academic life.

I am confident that this on the job training will provide me with fruitful opportunities and get an abundant of ideas for my brief academic life in Korea. I am also pleased to note that our global team has initiated full cooperation and extended assistance to all of us.

During this training period, I have learned a lot and had many friends and I am very satisfied with my training programme. An outstanding achievement is that, all the responsible persons are very kind and helpful and they share their experiences and ideas with us.

I was lucky to have an assignment from my mentor and director. Before, when I am not attending the office here I did not know how to write my literature review and I did not know my thesis trend and all. Now, I have finished my literature and I have learnt about my thesis trend. This is my big achievement gained here during my short training period.

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge with thanks for the provision of some documents, books, references and multi- media files from NIA.

Especially, I could not remember well how many times working together and providing dinners and lunches from my department. I really appreciate NIA's generous hospitality in organizing our academic program.

Before I conclude, I would like to take this opportunity to thank again to the Honorable President, my director, mentor and all responsible persons for the cooperation throughout the period of 6 weeks. In conclusion, I would like to congratulate again the NIA Institute and looking forward to working closely and realizing your visions and goals.
